Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thelittleeditmatakana.co.nz with your order number and details about the product you'd like to return. We'll respond quickly with instructions on how to return your items.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at info@thelittleeditmatakana.co.nz.

Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
